Covid Clinic Airplane

After packing your bags and driving to the airport, the last thing you want to is to be surprised by the airline because your destination requires a Specific Negative COVID-19 Test. Covid Clinic offers a range of COVID-19 Tests that are sure to meet the Travel Requirements of almost every destination.

Available Tests

Patients may be able to receive reimbursement from their health insurance company for all or a portion of their COVID-19 test. Please contact your insurance company for additional information as to whether you may be eligible to receive reimbursement for your COVID-19 test and how to apply. Click Here to see an example of the invoice each patient receives for their test(s).

All tests offered or made available at Covid Clinic’s testing and collection sites are performed by CLIA certified labs and have received an Emergency Use Authorization from the FDA.  For more information on what this means, please click the links associated with each test and review the information included in the patient consent form.

Rapid COVID-19 IgG/IgM Antibody Test

  1. This test is used to detect COVID-19 antibodies. A positive antibody test result suggests the patient was recently infected by COVID-19 or has developed an immune response through vaccination.

  2. Results are generally reported within 30 minutes at most locations.

Questions and Answers

Under the Families First Coronavirus Response Act, patients are entitled to reimbursement for the cost of COVID testing. While testing may require an out-of-pocket cost, we encourage patients to seek
reimbursement by their insurance companies by forwarding the order invoice that includes diagnosis code, CPT test codes, and tax ID number. A paid invoice can be sent to the patient’s insurance company’s claims department which will determine eligibility for coverage.

We believe that a patient should be able to test whenever they want, with or without insurance.  Many of our patients have been successful in paying for testing and then submitting their invoice to their insurance company for reimbursement.  If you cannot afford testing, please fill out our Scholarship Application form for a no-cost test!  Scholarships are available each day, based on need.  These scholarships are not for same day use, as applications are reviewed each evening after the 7:00pm cutoff time.

No. For sanitary reasons, we do not accept paper forms or payment on site. Payment can be completed by enrolling online at covidclinic.org
Yes, voucher codes can be purchased at covidclinic.org/group-testing. After purchase, you can provide the voucher to the patient so they can register for a test and pay with the voucher code.

While we do accept walk-ins, an appointment is the only way to guarantee same day testing. This can be created during enrollment.

If you have placed an order for a test and scheduled an appointment at one of our clinics, but are unable to make it at your scheduled time, the site will continue to honor your original order. A patient may visit the site at their earliest convenience.

Since orders do not expire, a patient is able to cancel their appointment and still be tested at their earliest convenience. If a patient has purchased a test and no longer wishes to be tested, the Help Center can confirm that services were not rendered and cancel the order.
